Once you have selected the pieces that you like, let us know how you would like them personalized. We will use your logo/artwork and text to create a design suited especially for your particular pieces.

Next, we fax or email you the layouts of your graphics as they will appear on the award. If you are satisfied that everything is correct, let us know and we will proceed with production. If changes are required, let us know and we will make them at no charge.

After you have approved the design, we take the image and sandblast it into the crystal. In doing so, we create a permanent impression that will never fade.

Once the award has been produced, it is gently cleaned and passed through our quality control inspection before it is safely packed for shipping. Each award is carefully hand-crafted to ensure that the final product is a source of pride to both the giver and the receiver.

Design Intelligence
Our graphics team is focused on generating creative layout ideas for your awards. Initial drafts are completed within two days and will incorporate your text and logo in a format particularly suited to the pieces you have selected.

These drafts can then either be faxed to you or emailed to you. You are free to request changes until you are completely satisfied with the design - we don't start production until we have your signature of approval on the final layout.

If you need suggestions for the text on your awards we can help. No one knows the strengths of the award recipients better than you do, but we can help you put those feelings into words.

Packaging
In order to ensure that each product arrives at its intended location in perfect condition, Eclipse has a dedicated packing team that specializes in packing your order safely and carefully. To date, we have a 99.8% success rate at eliminating breakage in transit.

In the event that some breakage does occur, let us know and we will send you a replacement by 2nd day air as soon as possible at no charge to you.

Note: If you will be sending your awards out to various locations, let us know and we can pack your order accordingly. We cannot be responsible for orders that have been opened and repacked.

Furthermore, to ensure your complete satisfaction, we will correct any defects in workmanship quickly and without charge. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, let us know what we can do to remedy the situation.

Note: Please be aware that minor air bubbles, flow lines, and slight bumps are inherent to all glassware and crystal. These variations are a natural result of the molding process and are not considered defects.
